Our Daily Bread: Make Papa’s Word the Last Word of Your Day

Psalm 63:1 – 11     On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.  Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings.

As we go through our days, let’s do something that will ease our minds and give us a feeling of peace because of it.  Regardless of how we’re feeling at the end of our day, disgruntled or like we’re “amongst sunflowers in an open field”, talk to Papa…perhaps that is reading a verse from The book and praying.  Or, merely having a nice little conversation with Him without the print.  Either way, I think we’ll be in good shape and ready to tackle our day, the following day, with the desire to skip down the road, with a smile on our face.

God’s with us!  He’s delighted when we show and tell our appreciation for how much He’s taught us.

“Thank you Father, for Your Word in our hearts and our minds-our last through at night as we rest securely in You.”

Have a terrific Tuesday,

Lisa

P.S.

Are you going to skip today?
