Good to know!  The long prescribed chamomile tea seems to be the trick in helping to relieve cramps during our time.

Herbalists state that when we drink five cups a day for two weeks, the woman’s glycine level significantly rises, which is what causes pain relief.  Plus!  Our glycine levels will remain high for up to two weeks after we take it!  Very cool, very cool…
