‘He convicts us of our sins and helps us to repent.  He brings us comfort when we ache, strength to bear hardships, wisdom to understand God’s teaching, hope and faith to believe, love to share’.

Wow!  Thank you, Mr.  Because of You, we can remain hopeful for the future.  Just gotta have and, keep the faith.  Holding on to that little bit of light is extremely beneficial, preventing us from completely falling apart, forever.  😛  Thank goodness for His “sprinkling of golden fairy dust”!

But, what about when nothing seems to be going right?  How is the Holy Spirit working through us, then?!  Oh, that’s just Him testing us, seeing how we’re going to handle it.  That’s when words come out, “Why, God, Why?”  “Did I pass the test?”  “What would you like me to learn from this?”  “Lord, I pray that you give me strength to get through this.”  And, then, I count backwards from ten or walk away and revisit, or not.  It’s usually short-lived.

After that critical cool down period, let’s think about what all there is to be thankful, and stop and notice the blissful amount of beauty that surrounds each and everyone of us. We just have to ‘slow down and smell the roses’.

Maybe think of it as diving deep into the ocean, only to see darkness all around.  We don’t realize we are going that deep into the water, after diving from a cliff in the Caribbean :P.  It would be scary, we’d get panicked, and, maybe, go There, feeling sad and afraid, even if it is for a “second”.  But, we ‘just keep swimming’ and eventually we see a whole other world, one that is blinding with goodness.

If you believe

in His spirit,

clap your hands?

So, let’s rock it.  His love is with us, always…

John 16:7 – 15     When he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth.

“Heavenly Father, You sent Your son to save us and Your Spirit to comfort and convict us.  May we bring You glory as we thank You for Your goodness and love.”

Pleasant day to you,

Lisa                                                                                                                                                             P.S.  Do I have your email?  May I, please and thank you?  You’ll be glad you gave it to me!  xxoo
