We all know the world in which we live is filled with a mixture of light and dark.  And, when the darkness tries to engulf itself around us, it is at this point that we have a choice to make, don’t we?  Our light either pushes through with all of its might, or, we get swallowed by the encroaching, energy-sucking filth and exhaustion.

“I dare not that thy latter do that to me!”  No!  Instead, we’re going to explode, shooting off beams of luminescence, that fill the world.  Hear us roar!

It’s when those ‘not fair’ moments come that I talk out loud to Him.  It goes a little something like this, “O.k. God.  Nice test!  Did I pass or fail?  What are you trying to tell me?”

Then He responds, sooner rather than later.  But, it’s at this point, do we notice the “signs”?  Is what we continue to do getting us the results we were hoping to get?

It’s when things appear to be going right…that’s when you know He’s liking and is proud of what we are doing.  And, vice versa.  When the results of our actions bring about disappointments, sickness, stress, turmoil, pressures…that’s God saying “O.k.  It’s time to make some changes for the better.  Keep the faith and walk with Me, and, you’ll be just fine.  This includes the downward spirals of your roller-coaster-ride-life.  Stay on the ride.  I promise it will be fun, not the opposite, o.k. son/daughter?!”

Just like playing a game of telephone, Word spreads.  The good things that are happening in our lives, because our commitment to maintaining a relationship with Papa, will naturally seep out and spread, hopefully inspiring others to give the whole “faith thing” a try.

So, you in or in and out, in and out…

Love you lots,

Lisa

P.S.

Please ‘follow me’ via email.  I just want your email so I can have you with us for a very long time.  You don’t want to miss out on good stuff to come.  You can “unsubscribe” once I have your email address.  And, then, plan on only 2-3 emails from me/month.  Thanks, bunches!

Daniel 6:19 – 28     He is the living God and He endures forever.

“Dear God, give me the strength to continue to trust in You when I am discouraged.  Help me to experience Your never-ending love and stay close to Your side.”
