Can you recall an experience that had you feeling uncertain, full of fear and insecurity, all at the same time?  I sure can!

It was back in my high school years when I felt compelled to do what so many had already…and, lived to tell about it.  😛  How thrilling would it be, and, what an adrenaline rush, to jump off a bridge close to the beach?  Looking back..that was pretty silly and not very smart.

Point is, it took a heck of a lot of courage and strength to take that leap off with my best friend, holding hands.  And, just like when our life naturally takes us into the next season, the next transition in our lives, as much as it is filled with uncertainty and insecurity, let’s try our best to be strong and courageous.  No doubt.  It’s scary.

Fortunately, we have those reoccurring affirmations continuously from Yours Truly (those “lit up signs” that are presented right before our eyes) that give us feelings of security, and, therefore, comfort.  The more we do good and work hard with confidence, the more “Thank You’s” we can give to Him.

So, during our lives, when paths are presented, and, we have a choice to make as to which paths to take, let’s go down those that are lit.  It will feel right in your gut, even though you don’t know for sure what will happen along the way (like with any path).  But, when we do the work, stay focused, and, Papa is still encouraging you to continue on, by showing you blessings along the way, then, we’ll keep on keeping on.  On the flip side, when annoying occurrences are “showing” themselves, and, have us feeling ways we don’t want to, it’s time to make some changes.

1 Chronicles 28:9 – 20     Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you.  He will not fail you or forsake you.

Here’s to being courageous, taking a leap of faith and GOING FOR IT!

Love,

Lisa
