If you were given a five minute time limit to compile a list of things in which to be thankful, would you feel pretty humbled and appreciative of what we have going for us? You think your list would be rather long? We have life. We have one life, in fact. A life that really ought to be cherished and appreciated.
Do you agree that it all begins from within? It is essential that we find our inner peace; an acceptance and love toward one self. Then, we can love others the way Papa would like…properly.
It is to my understanding that having the quality of humbleness is one of the pieces needed to find our inner peace. What does it mean to be humble, anyway?
So, I think that if we accept our faults, learn from our mistakes, “pass His tests” and, keep on trekkin’, we’ll gain inner strength, clarity, patience and love. The miracles and blessings will be abundant. And, our feeling of being connected with the Universe will lend itself to ULTIMATE gratitude towards ALL beings and things.
Yes. We all feel resentment, disappointed, frustrated, pissed, etc. toward others, sometimes, but, we certainly shouldn’t exert too much energy toward individuals that bring upon such darkening emotions. When they do come to mind, we ought to, rather, pray that they decide to start shining bright and be a super star each and every day in whatever way they choose…
But, seriously. I think, in a nutshell, that if we just CHOOSE to be grateful for everything, each and every day, our hearts and souls will be ignited.
No. I take that back. I don’t think. I know it to be true. 🙂
Love you,
Lisa

Deuteronomy 8:6 – 18 When you have eaten and are satisfied, praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you.
“Blessed are You, O Lord our God, King of the universe, who brings forth bread from the earth.”
